Granting users access to the GO Analytics App

The GO Analytics App shows page usage information by displaying key data from Google Analytics.

As a tenant administrator, please enable this service by granting permission to access specified resources for all users in your organization.

Why do I need to enable the service?

In the footer of every GO Intranet publishing page is a link to "View page analytics" that allows users to see page usage information in the GO Analytics App. By enabling the service, all tenant users will be able to access the application and view this data.

What happens if the service is not enabled?

If you choose to not enable the service, tenant users that select the link to "View page analytics" will be prompted to grant permissions, and will have the rights to grant consent for themselves. The prompt will happen every time a user selects the link to the GO Analytics App.

If your organization wants to use the GO Analytics App, we recommend consenting for all users to avoid them getting prompted for their individual consent.
